Do I have to login to use the store?

Yes. All users are required to login to buy product.

I am logged in, but I cannot buy products. Why's that?

Placing orders on the website is restricted to pre-authorized users. This list of pre-authorized users has been shared with us by the company.


How much time does it take to fulfill an order?

Orders in stock are shipped out in 2-3 days and can take 2-7 days to receive based on the mode of courier chosen.

For orders that are not in stock the despatches will be made as per the lead time specified against each product.

How are the courier charges calculated?

Courier charges are calculated based on weight or volume whichever is higher. The courier charges would also depend on the distance from Pune and the dispatch destination. Please note that courier companies charge a fixed charge for surface courier up to 10 kgs and a variable charge thereafter. Please check the surface and air costs prior to confirming an order.

What happens if I receive defective material?

On receipt of the courier, please report to support desk immediately that the parcel is damaged and the material received is defective or received in an unworthy condition. Please attach a photo of the parcel received. We will take up the matter with the courier agency and inform you of the returns and replacement procedure.

What happens when we receive shortfall of material?

Please report shortage immediately to the support desk via email. After making the necessary investigations with the courier agency we will arrange to supply the shortfall.

What happens if I need another size in apparel?

If the wrong size is shipped to you then we will make arrangements to replace it with the correct size. Once the replacement is arranged, the incorrect size will be collected back .This garment should not be soiled or used else the replacement cannot be arranged.
However, if you have ordered the wrong size there will be no replacements.

What does Backorder mean?

The store allows you to place orders for products that are not in stock or your requirement is more than the available stock.
The Back ordered products will be shipped later when they are available in stock. The delivery availability schedule is indicated as 'Lead Time' in weeks.

What is Approval?

Pre-authorized users are identified to place orders with preset limits. If the user's order amount is above the limit, we will seek an offline approval. We will carry out this process and keep you posted on the status of your order approval.

What are the Online Payment Options Supported?

Users can use Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet/Net Banking, Online wallets such as PayTM, Freecharge, and UPI.
