Please bear in mind certain principles when you place your order.
We dispatch your merchandise in 2-3 days from the date you place an order for items that are in stock on our website. From the time your order is dispatched from our order processing center, it takes between 2 – 7 working days to reach you.
For items that are not in stock the lead time for processing the order will be mentioned and a courier time between 2-7 working days will need to be added to the lead time detailed out.
The delivery addresses are for delivery to locations across India. Delivery to locations not covered by the courier agencies and the Indian Postal services will not be delivered to.
Dispatches of all parcels is through a designated courier agency based on the type of products ordered to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service. With this service, your parcel is delivered within 2 – 7 working days of being dispatched.
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise for the delivery of your parcel. Should any issues arise we promise to do our best to find the causes and resolve the problems speedily.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to us.
Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time.you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel. We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this time frame we will need to cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
Please do not accept any parcel in case the packaging appears damaged or tampered with.
All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact.

I have received a defective item or my order is incorrect?
If you notice that the items you have received are faulty or if your parcel does not contain the items you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on the contact number provided or via an email to email@example.com
There is a no-hassle procedure to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if the item is faulty or not what you ordered or has size issues (for apparel). For apparel returns will be accepted only for sizes issued. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments or dust bags. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If the return issue is about an incorrect size ordered by the customer (applicable for apparel only), it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent / damaged / defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge borne by the customer to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call us at 02025560936 between 10 a. m and 7p.m Monday-Friday or write to us firstname.lastname@example.org
After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the return authorizing email.
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
All refunds will be made out through cheque.
Please note we will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
